A gripping novel about the best and the worst of humanity, and how with faith and courage, Hope can always prevail.
Molly Venzke is a freelance writer, speaker and musical theatre actress. Her passion for writing first emerged for the stage with her one-woman show, No Second Chance, which premiered in Seattle in 1999. This one-act play of several different characters is very loosely based on C.S. Lewis’ The Screwtape Letters. Since then, Molly has written and directed five two-act musical comedies and dozens of one-acts.
In 2006, Molly left her job as Creative/Media Director at Christian Faith Center to come home and care for her and her husband’s newborn and 1-year-old. Shortly following, a ghostwriting career presented itself, and she was blessed to work with some of the most amazing pastors, speakers, and business people from around the world as she helped bring their life-changing principles to the written page. Twelve non-fiction books later, Molly knew it was time to tap back into her own creative mind and to begin breathing life into the vivid characters and storylines that had been patiently waiting their turns to be released.
The idea for Caged was birthed from her passion to not only bring awareness about human trafficking and its prevalence in our everyday society, but also to help fund organizations that are fighting to end this horrid modern-day slavery. Caged was produced under the umbrella of traffickingHOPE.com, and 100% of its proceeds will go towards this organization.
Caged is the first novel in the Justice Trilogy. To read excerpts from Caged, click here.
